Workout description

As with every good stage, things wouldn't be complete without the "race of truth". A 10 mile time trial on the real S12/10 course.

Dont let the course profile fool you. This stage requires an effort at or above threshold for the duration (approx 20-25 minutes). A truly testing testing workout that will need a riders full focus and commitment from the get go. A great stage to test yourself. Your effort will be analysed as you ride, at the end, you might just find yourself with a new FTP!

Please ensure you perform a good warm-up and cool down before attempting this stage.
