Workout description

Stage 6 is set in the heart of the West Country. Starting in Bovey Tracey and travelling west to Pricetown for the final push to the line!

You have made it this far, its now time for the final stage in the tour and your bid for glory - leave nothing on the road (or turbo). Regular efforts at tempo, threshold and V02 Max will make this a truly lung busting and rewarding workout.

Things go up from the start. After a progressive warmup, find your stride and hit the power numbers to show whos boss. A brief respite before the gas is back on, leading to a sprint for the line Good luck!
