From Urchford to Westbury pretty much pan-flat. In the real world you might find yourself into the prevailing wind, so make sure you stay nice and aero on this stage.

Tomorrow is a big stage and you have had 2 hard stages, so now is the time to ease back a little. Focusing mainly on endurance and tempo efforts, we have also included some openers to prime things ahead of the time trial stage tomorrow.
