Workout description

Harmony is a fairly simple endurance workout that keeps the rider solidly in the endurance zone. Constructed as 2 x (15 minutes at the lower endurance level and 10 minutes at the upper endurance level) with 2 minutes easy peddling in between. A good introductory workout to slightly longer consistently powered intervals, or as a compliment to a workout schedule with higher intensities.
