Workout description

The Power Hour is a slightly different take on a traditional steady state sweetspot/threshold workout. Quite simply, its a 50 minute continuous sweetspot session with 20 second bursts over FTP every 4 minutes. As time goes on, its going to get harder and harder to hold your sweetspot power. Try and stick with it and keep close tabs on your power target.

The Power Hour is a great workout for those riders who are often often required to perform at close to their threshold and make occasional "power jumps" i.e. such as road racing, or a time trial course with lots of roundabouts.
